Modalities:
The therapeutic approach integrates Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These modalities are used together to support clients in understanding and transforming their emotions, thoughts, behaviours, internal conflicts, and unconscious patterns. The combination allows for a flexible, personalized process that addresses both surface-level symptoms and deeper emotional and relational wounds.

The aim is to help clients identify and replace thought patterns and behaviours which no longer aligned with living in a way that feels true to them. Through evidence-based techniques, we work collaboratively with individuals to develop effective coping strategies and promote positive change.
